Professional Athlete







The professional athlete performance program trains many of the world’s elite athletes using cutting edge sports training techniques and performance enhancement strategies. It uses an integrated approach with some of the country’s top doctors, therapists and bodywork specialists. The focus is to reach optimal levels of ‘Athleticity’ in order to consistently improve physically, mentally and emotionally in order to “Win” at the highest levels. Many professionals have credited the program for their quick recovery from injury, longer athletic careers, breakthrough performances and championship victories.

 




Junior Athlete






The junior athlete performance program is designed to develop the complete athlete.  It serves as a mentorship for the junior, college and amateur players who are highly motivated and driven.  The program revolves around a disciplined approach to training in a safe, motivating and positive environment.  The program has been very successful in giving direction to young athletes who plan on competing at the collegiate and professional levels.  Many of the junior athletes have received college scholarships as well as turned ‘professional’ directly out of high school.
 

 
 
 

Executive Athlete
 
 
 

This executive performance program is for the executive and celebrity client who desires a complete performance plan to feel better and have more energy for an active lifestyle. The program focuses on decreasing bodyfat, increasing flexibility, toning and adding lean muscle. Athleticity programs are derived from the methodology used to train elite athletes. It may also be designed to help train for athletic events or improve your golf or tennis game with integrated sport specific training.  An on-the-road program can be designed for the client emphasizing cardiovascular and resistance band training
 
 
 
 

Evaluations

 
Sports Specific Assessment and Testing:  designed to evaluate acute and chronic injuries, test bodyfat, posture analysis, strength, flexibility, agility, speed and movement mechanics.

Functional Assessment: designed to evaluate and test acute and chronic injuries, bodyfat, postural analysis, cardiovascular and functional fitness.


*  We also rely on a professional testing team for the following:  Maximal oxygen uptake analysis (VO2), Lactate threshold analysis, Resting metabolic rate, and Body composition
